What if I’ve never worked with energy before?

That’s absolutely okay! Many of my clients are new to energy work. I create a safe, grounded space where you can explore at your own pace. There’s no pressure—just gentle guidance. Think of it as tuning in to your natural rhythm so your business and your life can flow with more ease and purpose.

What happens after a Kundalini session?

After a session, most clients feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves and their purpose. You may experience a release of emotional or mental tension, new insights about your business or life, or simply a sense of calm and clarity.

What’s the difference between online and in-person sessions?

Whether online or in person, the energy work is just as powerful.

In in-person sessions, you’ll benefit from the full sensory experience—think calming music, soft lighting, and grounding tools to help you feel deeply supported in the moment.

In online sessions, you’ll be guided through breathwork, visualisation, and energetic alignment via video call. You’ll receive the same energetic benefits, all from the comfort of your own space—perfect if you’re short on time or based further afield.

Both are equally effective—it’s simply a matter of what feels right for you.

Who should not do Kundalini sessions?

Kundalini energy is powerful and transformative, but it's not for everyone at every stage of life.

You should consult a healthcare professional before participating if you:

Have a history of severe mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis, schizophrenia)

Are in a current mental health crisis

Are pregnant and unsure if energetic practices are suitable

Have a medical condition that could be affected by breathwork or meditation

Can I attend a class if I’m feeling anxious or depressed? Who should avoid Kundalini Activation?

Yes, you’re very welcome to attend. Many people find Kundalini Activation supportive when dealing with anxiety or depression. However, if you’re prone to mania, delusions, or psychosis, this process is not recommended, as it expands your capacity to feel and may intensify emotional experiences. If you’re on antidepressants, you might be less sensitive to the energy. It’s important to feel able to manage your emotional wellbeing between sessions, so please consider this before joining.
