My Kundalini Activation Training

With a powerful group of ladies I completed my intense training at the most spiritual villa in Lanzarote.

As I embark on this new journey, I’m filled with a mix of emotions: nervousness, excitement, fear, and above all, hope. This moment is not just about a change in location. It's about rediscovering myself and rebuilding a life focused on health, happiness, and fulfilment, for myself and my family.

I’m choosing to leave the weight of my past behind. Too often, we hold onto our pain, our stories, even our struggles. But that chapter no longer defines me. I’m ready to create a new narrative, one where the past no longer has a hold.

This is about rising into my highest self, no longer introducing myself by what I’ve been through, but by who I truly am. It’s time to stop focusing on what’s wrong and start manifesting what’s possible. The future I envision isn’t just a dream, it’s already in motion.

We are all more capable than we often realise. Yes, many of our experiences can be traced back to our childhood, but we are not defined by them. We have the power to turn past trauma into something beautiful, a source of love, growth, and transformation.

When we release the grip of the past, we create space for an energetic shift, a rewiring that leads to healing, peace, and alignment.

There is always a choice in how we move forward. The universe operates from a place of abundance, and we are part of that flow.

You are the best person to heal your body because you are the one living in it. Visualisation isn’t just a tool, it’s a practice that can literally reprogramme your cells. The mind cannot distinguish between what’s real and what’s vividly imagined, so imagine with intention. Align with your authentic self. Like the lotus flower, peel back the layers and let yourself bloom.

My Journey: From Doubt to Empowerment

I came into this journey as a mother, a wife, and a woman with a fulfilling job. Yet, despite the external success, I found myself feeling unfulfilled, lacking confidence, and dimming my light from the world around me.

But over time, I discovered something profound: I am capable of so much more than I ever imagined. By releasing the grip of ego and self-doubt, I have stepped into my strength as an unstoppable goddess, ready to claim my power.

This has been a journey of truly understanding who I am, embracing my potential, and believing in the magic of the path I’m on. I know with certainty that a blissful future awaits, and it’s one I’m creating with every step.

Creating Space

It’s time to say goodbye to what has kept me safe for the last 21 years. Letting go of old patterns will make space for the future I’ve always dreamed of.

No more telling myself “I can’t” or letting ego control my path. I’m learning to channel any self-doubt into creating a life and work that I love, one that feels authentic and fulfilling.

No more people-pleasing.
